Frankie Locsin is a cultural worker and writer based in Manila. In 2022, she was shortlisted for the Ateneo Art Awards - Purita Kalaw-Ledesma Prizes for Art Criticism. Her writing has also been featured in the Sentro Artista Gallery's book Sa Piling ni Nanay.
