Maro Enriquez is a freelance journalist and media literacy advocate based in Metro Manila, the Philippines. Her stories, which focus mainly on women's rights and the urban poor, have been published on Philstar.com, Rappler, VICE, and the online and print editions of the South China Morning Post.

In 2021, Enriquez began teaching journalism and media literacy in small communities. She also completed the Diploma in Visual Journalism program of the Asian Center for Journalism at the Ateneo de Manila University in the same year.
